Read over the Constitution and Bylaws  Article I, pages 2 and 3 pertaining to membership.   

Participate in any two of Chuckanut's meetings or activities. Meetings may be a general meeting, a board meeting, or a committee meeting. Activities may involve taking a class through CDTA, helping at one of the fun matches or trials, or participating in a community service or public awareness event with the club.

Find two members of the club to sponsor you and have one of these folks write a short recommendation piece on your application form. Your sponsor may be an instructor, someone who introduced you to the club, or someone you met at a meeting. If you are having difficulty finding someone, please talk to the Membership Chairperson.  She may also be reached at (360)371-9034. 

Fill out an application for membership (file is below) and turn it in, with your dues ($30 for adults, $20 for Juniors, $45 for Family), once you meet the requirements. The document may be downloaded, printed, filled out and sent by mail or emailed as a scanned image or picture.  Checks may be sent to the P.O. Box address on the form.
 
After the application is received, we’ll announce your application to the membership and ask for a vote. This may occur online or at our next meeting, and once voted in, you’ll be granted access to the club member only areas of CDTADogs.com along with receiving any applicable discounts. (Sorry discounts for classes are NOT retroactive.)
